Pick a slot where you are both free. A stand or Arena table is assigned automatically, and the other side accepts or declines.
Meet
Exhibitors host at their stand, everyone else at an Arena table. Your schedule and table numbers live in your dashboard.
Your email and phone number are never shown to other participants. Free for registered exhibitors, visitors and delegates of EAW Global Aqua Expo 2027.

Please note. Meetings are arranged between individual participants. EAW provides the platform, the table and the time slot, and cannot guarantee that the other person attends. The organiser may move or cancel a meeting when the floor plan or programme changes.
