Terms of participation

Booking and payment

Exhibition space is confirmed only on receipt of the signed space booking form and the stated advance. Verbal or email confirmation does not reserve space. The balance is payable before the stand build-up date printed on the exhibitor manual.

Allocation

Stand positions are allocated in the order that confirmed bookings are received. The organiser may alter the floor plan where venue, safety or authority requirements make it necessary, and will offer an equivalent position where that happens.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms, including the retained proportion at each stage, are set out in full on the space booking form for the relevant edition. Please read that document before signing.

Entry

The exhibition is open to trade and professional visitors. The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry. Under eighteens are not admitted to the exhibition floor.

Liability

Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their own goods, staff and stand fittings. The organiser is not liable for loss or damage to exhibitor property.

Force majeure

Where the event cannot be held for reasons outside the organiser's control, the position on fees and rescheduling is as stated on the space booking form.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in New Delhi.
