What we collect

The details you enter when you register as a visitor, delegate or exhibitor: your name, organisation, role, contact details, and the product categories you tick.

Why we collect it

To issue your badge, to run business matchmaking against declared categories, to send joining details and programme updates, and to plan the floor for the following edition.

Who sees it

Your name, organisation, role and declared categories are visible to exhibitors you are matched with, and to exhibitors whose stand you visit if you allow your badge to be scanned. Your phone number and email are shared with an exhibitor only when you accept a meeting or agree to a scan.

What we do not do

We do not sell registration data. We do not pass it to third parties outside the delivery of this event and its partner programmes.

Badge scanning

Scanning at a stand is a consent action. If you do not want an exhibitor to hold your details, do not offer your badge.

Retention and removal

Registration records are retained to run the following edition and to measure year on year participation. To have your record removed, email the address below with the reference number on your confirmation.
