Exhibiting

Book one show.Get found in seven.

You pay for the show your buyer walks. Everything else, the gate, the cross listing, the matchmaking and the directory, comes with it.

The case

What a stand actually bought in 2026

33Registered visitors per exhibiting company

5,261 professionals registered across the three days, against 159 exhibiting companies on the floor.

~4 in 10Carried a senior title

Owner, director, CXO or senior management, across roughly 3,990 distinct organisations.

242Scheduled meetings

Held in the Global Water Business Lounge across three days, an average of 81 a day.

38Launches on the Arena

Products presented to a room of specifiers rather than to a press release.

Whether that traffic turns into an order depends on what happens at your stand, not at the gate. But the traffic was there, and it is on the record.

Participation formats

Six ways to take space

Rates for 2027 are issued on request rather than published, because they move with the two city package, stand position and the show you book into. Ask and you get the full card the same working day.

How booking works

Six steps, and where each one can stall

  1. Tell us your categories

Not your industry. Your categories, from the same code list a visitor uses. That decides which of the seven shows you belong in.

  2. We send the rate card and floor plan

Same working day. If you are asking about both cities, the two city package comes with it.

  3. You pick a stand position

Allocation runs in the order enquiries arrive. Corner and island positions go first, and they carry a loading.

  4. Space booking form and advance

The form carries the full terms. Space is held on receipt of the advance, not on verbal confirmation.

  5. Exhibitor manual and directory listing

Your categories go into the directory and into matchmaking here. This is where most exhibitors lose value, by submitting late or vaguely.

  6. Meetings booked before you arrive

Visitors who declared matching sourcing needs are offered slots with you in the Business Lounge.

Ask for the rate card

Tell us what you sell and which city you are considering. You get the rate card, the floor plan and an honest read on whether your buyer is actually in the room.

Industry zones

The nine zones became seven shows.

A zone was a signboard over an aisle. A show has its own name, its own invitation campaign and its own buyer list, and you only pay for the one your buyer walks.

Sponsorship

Category exclusive positions.

Sponsorship is sold by category and by show, so one position is not resold to your competitor. Numbers are limited and the senior positions go first.
