The Packaged Drinking Water and Bottling Machinery Show

A bottling plant is a water plant with a filler on the end of it.

A dedicated show inside EAW Global Aqua Expo 2027, with its own hall, its own conference track and its own buyer campaign. Hyderabad, January 2027. New Delhi, May 2027.

Packaged drinking water is a water business. It buys RO, UV, ozone and mineral dosing before it buys a filling machine, and it buys both from the same capital budget in the same quarter.

This show exists because everywhere else in India those two decisions sit at two different exhibitions, which is an accident of how shows were organised rather than how plants actually buy.

The market

Three things that decide this floor

One budget, two shows

A packaged water line project today requires a visit to a water show and a separate visit to a machinery show. Here it is one visit

The southern belt

Telangana and Andhra carry a dense concentration of packaged drinking water and water based beverage plants

Nobody else sells it

Packaged water and beverage line technology is not on the Indian floor plan of any competing water exhibition

Why this show exists

EAW BOTTLING in one paragraph

Your customer buys water treatment and a filling line from the same budget in the same quarter. Every other Indian exhibition makes them attend two shows to do it. Here they walk one aisle, and you are standing in it.

Why not a packaging show

A packaging exhibition sells you the filler.
Nobody there sells you the water.

India already has a large packaging exhibition. Filling and bottling machinery is one line on its floor plan, alongside flexible packaging, cartons, commercial printing, converting and warehouse logistics. Its buyer is an FMCG packaging procurement manager.

A packaged drinking water plant is not that buyer. Before anything is filled, that plant has to buy a treatment train, prove the water against IS 14543, hold a BIS licence, and keep an ozonation and disinfection regime that a food packaging supplier has never had to think about. Then it buys the filler, the cap, the label and the shrink wrap.

EAW BOTTLING is the only floor in India where the whole line stands together, from the borewell to the sealed bottle, in front of the person who signs for all of it.

At a packaging exhibition
  • Filling machinery, among twelve other packaging categories
  • Buyer is FMCG and brand packaging procurement
  • No water treatment, no BIS or IS 14543 conversation
  • You compete for attention with printing and logistics
At EAW BOTTLING
  • Treatment, filling, capping, labelling and compliance on one floor
  • Buyer is the plant owner and the production head
  • Six other water shows on the same badge, one aisle away
  • Every visitor in the hall is there about water
The detail

Scope, procurement and the conference track

Not in this showPackaging with no water application. Flexible food packaging, carton and corrugation, commercial printing and converting, and warehouse logistics all belong at a packaging exhibition, not here. What sits here is the complete line a packaged water plant actually buys: the treatment train, the filler, the closure, the label and the BIS paperwork.
Live procurementNew packaged water line installations, capacity expansion in the southern beverage belt, BIS and FSSAI driven plant upgrades, bottling line automation retrofits and returnable container conversions.
Conference trackPackaged Drinking Water Forum. BIS and FSSAI compliance for packaged drinking water, line economics, water treatment specification for bottling, and plant expansion.
Across both citiesHyderabad, January 2027. Lead. The Telangana and Andhra packaged water and beverage belt. Delhi, May 2027. Support. National brands, northern plants and the export bottling market.
